Presenting Landscapes of the American River

Limited Edition Signed Giclees by Jian Wang

Home                                                                                               About Artist Jian Wang

Autumn at the American River
Autumn at the American River, with Tailings

These breathtaking views titled Golden Autumn at the American River and Golden Autumn at the American River with Dredge Tailings were painted by Jian Wang, internationally acclaimed artist who lives in Carmichael.  Three of Wang's paintings are in Crocker Art Museum's Permanent Collection.  His work can be seen in many public buildings, including the Sacramento Council Chamber.
Created exclusively for ARNHA, the giclees (zhee-klays) are digitally reproduced on 100% cotton watercolor paper using ink jet printers that provide truer color accuracy than lithographic prints.  "The ink should last for 200 years," says Wang.

Own a stretch of the American River brilliantly captured on canvas and benefit the Effie Yeaw Nature Center, too.  ARNHA gets 35% of the profits to support the Nature Center and other crucial programs which preserve the American River Parkway.
